A sparkling wine from pinot grapes grown in Blakes Estate's own vineyard. Prior to disgorging, the wine has spent two years undergoing secondary fermentation and maturing with resulting typical yeast flavours, a hint of strawberry and a satisfying full mouth feel and long dry finish.
