Home-style brining of this intensively flavoured variety is what
distinguishes them from commercially mass-produced olives. Lightly
marinated with red wine vinegar, garlic, herbs and chilli, they are
ready to serve on your antipasto platter or tossed through your
favourite pastas or salads. Try them drained of their brine and coated
with one of our extra virgin olive oils for a luscious and glossy
finish.
