Manuka is the aboriginal name for teatree and comes from the Moora Moora Reservoir area of the Grampians National Park. The honey has a jelly-like consistency and is very popular because of its reported health benefits when eaten and also its unique healing qualities when used as a dressing.

A light-coloured beautifully flavoured honey gathered from the red gums around Inverleigh and Dunkeld. A great eating honey.

Probably the sweetest and most popular of all the honeys. It is very dense and slow to candy.

Most of this honey comes from the Bendigo region in Victoria. It is a thick beautifully mild floral honey which sometimes candies with a fine grain which is good to eat in this form.

A dark honey gathered from the giant Stringybark tree. It has a treacle-like taste with lots of flavour and is said to contain lots of minerals. It comes from the wetter mountain areas around Daylesford.
